Plank (feet on wheel) Video Tutorial
The YogDev wheel is excellent at helping to teach core support in plank pose. Start in Downward Facing Dog with the wheel in between the foot. Step one foot at a time onto the wheel and slide yourself back until the shoulders are aligned directly above the wrists. Stay here and build balance and strength. To come off, place one foot a time on the floor and return to Downward Facing Dog.
a. Variation: Once you feel confident balancing on the wheel in plank, try taking one knee at a time to the nose, elbow or opposite arm pit.
